Ordination and Preparation/Church Revitalization

The ordination and preparation ministry equips the body with able and called students of the Word. Because of this unique service, Challenge Ministries has been called on to restructure churches and para church organizations and to train teachers, pastors, laypersons, deacons, trustees, elders, youth workers and nearly every other office or department in the local church. The detailed attention given to the teaching aspect of the local assembly has allowed the O and P program to become an active part of the ministry package year round employing every member of the CM staff.
